Dude the dog is hoping Bradford might prove third time lucky for him.
The two-year-old crossbreed has spent most of his life in RSPCA homes, starting off in Cardiff.
In the summer, staff at Bradford’s Mount Street home did a dog-swap and Dude was part of the deal.
“If we have dogs who have been with us long-term we try to re-locate them in the hope of having a better chance of finding them a new home,” said Mount Street manger Mandy Miller.
“Dude is quite a character and can be a handful but he’s lovely. We can’t understand why no one has fallen for him yet.
“He’s a bit excitable so he needs someone with bags of energy. A lively family who have owned dogs before would be just right.”
Anyone interested in giving Dude a good home should call Mount Street on (01274) 723063 to arrange a viewing.
Re-housing starts again on Friday.
