Barrett Steel Limited, of Cutler Heights Lane, Dudley Hill; failure to register obligations (packaging waste), £3,000 fine; failure to take reasonable steps to recover and recycle packaging waste, £3,000 fine; seven counts of contravening regulations (packaging waste), £21,000 fine.
Elizbieta Pisarek, 31, of Runswick Terrace, Bankfoot; theft, 24 months’ conditional discharge. Usman Qureshi, 24, of Grisedale Close, Great Horton; possession of cannabis, £40 fine, £55 costs; failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty. Ray Thompson, 40, of St Paul’s Road, Manningham; breach of the peace, bound over in the sum of £50 for 12 months to keep the peace.
Mohammed Shaqoor, 21, of Parkside Road, West Bowling; failure to provide information, £210 fine, £55 costs, licence endorsed. Ryan Horrocks, 21, of Old Park Road, Thorpe Edge; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with in respect of the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of criminal damage, three weeks’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew.
Garner John Smith, 29, of Montrose Street, Bolton Woods; using threatening or insulting words or behaviour, £100 fine, £75 costs. Mohammed Valeem Irshad, 32, of Lonsdale Street, Bradford Moor; failure to comply with requirements of community order, being absent from curfew address, order expired, dealt with for the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of failure to surrender to custody, £50 fine, £55 costs.
Martin Fairclough, 54, of Moorfield Avenue, Fagley; causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, jailed for four weeks suspended for 12 months, 100 hours’ unpaid work, banned from keeping any animal for ten years. Kathleen Angyal, 43, of Blackshaw Drive, Buttershaw; causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, jailed for four weeks suspended for 12 months, 100 hours’ unpaid work, banned from keeping any animal for ten years.
Shahinul Haq, 22, of Branksome Crescent, Heaton; causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, jailed for 12 weeks, banned from keeping any animal for 15 years.
