A black Land Rover ended up on top of a silver Vauxhall Vectra in the front yard of a terraced house in Bradford today.
Police cordoned off part of New Hey Road, East Bowling, following the dramatic accident at the house next to New Hey Stores.
Wajid Akram, an estate agent, had arrived at the scene to value a nearby house shortly before the accident at 11.50am.
He said: "I saw a Land Rover travelling down the street in New Hey Road. It went straight into the Vauxhall car. The car then tipped into the garden and the Land Rover has ended up on top of it.
"It frightened me to death, it was quite shocking really when it happened."
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said one man had been arrested. He was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary for treatment.
