A 32-year-old man accused of murdering a Bradford businessman has today appeared before a judge at the city’s crown court.
Shafiq Hader, of Chislehurst Place, Little Horton, Bradford, was charged with murder after 44-year-old Mohammed Shafiq suffered fatal stab wounds at the Jalwa fashion shop in Arncliffe Terrace, Lidget Green, Bradford, in September this year.
During today's hearing the progress of Hader’s case was discussed by counsel and the Honorary Recorder of Bradford, Judge Stephen Gullick, in front of a packed public gallery.
Hader, who is remanded in custody, was told by Judge Gullick that he would have to be brought back to the crown court on Friday, January 23.
