Two men and two women have appeared in court in connection with an assault in Bradford early last Sunday.
Andrew Bedford and Steve Bedford, who are not related, suffered serious injuries in an alleged attack in an alleyway off Ravenscliffe, Avenue, Eccleshill.
Wayne Rastell, 32, of Melton Terrace, Ravenscliffe, and Daniel McClay, 21, of Dorian Close, Ravenscliffe, appeared before Bingley magistrates yesterday each charged with two counts of causing grievous bodily harm.
Lisa Rastell, 34, also of Melton Terrace, Ravenscliffe, and Karis Burran, 23, of The Bank, Eccleshill, each face a charge of perverting the course of justice.
Burran was granted bail to appear before Bradford Crown Court on July 3 on condition that she lives and sleeps at her sister’s house in Swain House, Bradford, and does not enter Ravenscliffe.
The other three defendants were remanded in custody to appear before the Crown Court on the same date.
