POLICE have been out and about seizing more cars in Bradford.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team have released details of their latest work.
A Fiat was stopped on Killinghall Road - and it turned out the driver did not have insurance.
A Steerside spokesperson said: "If you're on six points already do you A) buy insurance before you drive? B) take your chances?
"Unfortunately this driver chose option B.
"A day in court and disqualification now beckons.
"The vehicle was also seized."
Another Fiat was stopped on City Road.
The Steerside spokesperson said: "On stopping this vehicle we established that the driver was using it for purposes not covered by the policy that was produced.
"The Fiat was seized and the driver was reported for the offence."
Officers from the team also stopped a motorcycle riding anti-socially on New Line.
"While dealing with the rider for traffic offences it came to light they were wanted for more serious matters," the spokesperson said.
"One door often leads to another..."
Operation Steerside was formed in 2016 - two months after the Telegraph & Argus launched its 'Stop the Danger Drivers' campaign.
A dedicated team was set up three years later specifically to tackle crimes on our roads.
