TWO people have appeared in court charged with the murder of a Bradford man in York.
Michael Mulvana and Jobie Tyers appeared at York Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with the murder of 26-year-old Indrit Mustafaj, 26, who died in the Haxby Road area on Saturday night.
The pair appeared in the dock, both wearing grey tracksuit tops, to confirm their names and addresses.
Mulvana, 31, gave his address as Bright Street, York, while Tyers, 27, gave his residence to be in Gate Helmsley.
The pair are also both charged with two counts of wounding with intent.
They will next appear before Leeds Crown Court on Monday, December 2.
