TWO men have been charged with murder after they were arrested in connection with the death of a Bradford man in York.
North Yorkshire Police say both men, who are in their 20s and 30s from the York area, were arrested at the weekend as part of a major investigation into an incident in the Haxby Road area.
They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at York Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning.
North Yorkshire Police has named the man who died as 26-year-old Indrit Mustafaj.
A man and woman arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
A second man who was injured in the incident and taken to hospital remains in a stable condition.
In addition to being charged with murder, both men have also been charged with two counts each of wounding causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
