A BRADFORD school has been forced to shut today.
It was announced this morning Whetley Academy, on Whetley Lane in Girlington, is closed.
The Bradford Council website says this is due to an "electricity and heating issue".
The primary school hopes to be back open tomorrow.
Parents will be contacted by the school as soon as the problem is resolved.
A post at 8.05am on the council website read: "Whetley Academy - Full Closure
"Electricity and Heating issue
"We will contact parents as soon as the problem is resolved and hope to be up and running again tomorrow."
