A MAN from Shipley has been locked up for more than two years for possessing indecent photographs of children.
Bradford Crown Court heard that 30-year-old Dominic Lee’s activities put him in breach of a sexual harm prevention order as he had deleted some of the photographs, which he was prohibited from doing.
He was also under a suspended sentence order at the time of his offending.
Lee, of no fixed abode but formerly of Rosebery Avenue, Shipley, was found to have accessed 110 images over a four-week period between May 27 and June 23 this year.
Some of the photographs were in Category B and C but others were in Category A, the most serious.
Following a hearing at Bradford Crown Court Her Honour Judge Kirstie Watson sentenced Lee, who is currently in custody at HMP Leeds, to a total of 25 months imprisonment.
The jail term included the activation of 10 months of the existing suspended sentence order.
Lee was also made the subject of a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and must sign the sex offenders register.
