BRADFORD Council has introduced No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the following roads:
Part lengths of Thornton Road, Emily Bronte Road and Charlotte Bronte Way, Bradford.
The order came into force this week. A copy of it, together with a map showing the affected roads, can be examined during office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Mall, Bradford, online at bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order or from Shahid Aziz, Engineer, Traffic and Road Safety South - Planning, Transportation & Highways, at Shahid.Aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/BS/105924/CON-1A. Anyone wishing to question the order can do so within six weeks.
* No Waiting restrictions are also announced for lengths of Hirst Lane, Shipley, and Carlton Road in Saltaire, as well as
‘Residents Only’ permit parking on lengths of Hirst Lane in Saltaire for 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and revocation of existing No Waiting at Any Time on a length of Hirst Lane, Saltaire.

Anyone wishing to object to the proposed order should send grounds for objection by post to Interim Director of Legal and Governance, Legal and Democratic Services, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY.or by email to Objections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, November 22, quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/JLF/417652.

* Prohibition of Driving (Road Closure) at Shay Lane, Heaton. The order - from a point 80 metres southeast of its junction with Heaton Royd Lane to a point 50 metres northwest of its junction with Shay Close - came into force this week. A copy of it, together with a map of affected roads, can be examined at City Hall or at bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104877/TRO-1A.
* Temporary closure of Spring Mill Street, Little Horton, for water works to be carried out. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for traffic via Spring Mill Street (unaffected section), Parma Street, Upper Castle Street, Ripley Street and vice versa. The order will be in force from 9am to 2pm on November 28.
