A train operator that runs services through West Yorkshire has announced the release of a second tranche of funding.
CrossCountry announced the opening of the latest application window for its Customer and Communities Improvement Fund (CCIF).
The current window is open from Monday, November 11, until Friday, December 6.
A total of £167,095 has been made available throughout the year by the long-distance train operator for "community projects that deliver tangible social and environmental benefits."
Jessica Lockwood, CrossCountry's environment and sustainability manager, said: "The first round of applications to our refreshed Customer and Communities Improvement Fund was fantastic, and we can’t wait to see who we hear from in our next tranche of funding.
"We’d be delighted to hear from projects and groups looking to improve the communities served by the CrossCountry network, especially with an emphasis on social value and sustainability."
