A SECTION of a Bradford building dating back to the 1890s could be converted into flats under new plans.
25 Annison Street is currently home to two ground floor business units, with the first floor also classed as business use.
Now a planning application to convert the upper floor into three flats has been submitted to Bradford Council by Hardeep Singh.
The largest flat would measure 51 square metres while the smallest would measure 37 square metres.
A decision on the application is expected by the end of the year.
The property, on the outskirts of Bradford city centre, is next to a derelict warehouse that was destroyed in a fierce blaze in 2021.
A planning application to rebuild that warehouse was submitted to Bradford Council in September, with a decision due imminently.
