A HUNGARIAN man living in Bradford has accepted being sent back to his home country.
Mario Rafael, 29, of Emerson Avenue faced court proceedings at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday in relation to an extradition request.
Hungary issued a warrant for Rafael to be arrested and sent to the country in relation to an alleged offence of GBH (grievous bodily harm), according to court records.
They show that Rafael, a Hungarian national, consented to extradition to Hungary in custody.
