A BUS company has apologised after a new supervisor made an error that resulted in the cancellations of all services on a popular route.

The 607 First service - which operates from Bradford city centre to Thornton - was suspended on Thursday evening, leaving many passengers stranded.

One user said: “Many people are affected by daily cancellations, tonight, all the 607 Bradford buses are cancelled.”

Another said: "I was on my way home from work and was disappointed to find the bus that I usually catch had been cancelled for the rest of the evening.

"It is just not good enough!"

Addressing the complaints, First Bradford said the service was lost due to an "error in organising services made by a new supervisor on our team".

They reassured customers that "this can't happen again".
