A POLICE presence is on a town centre street this afternoon.
Police vehicles have been spotted on Horncastle Street in Cleckheaton.
A nearby garage has issued a statement to say the overnight incident has nothing to do with them.
A post on the Horncastle Auto’s Facebook page reads: "We are fully aware of the incident that has happened next door to our garage overnight.
"We would like to assure all our customers that this has NOTHING to do with our garage, nor us, and we have been down this morning to speak to the police.
"They have advised us we are NOT allowed to open today but will be informed as soon as we are allowed to reopen.
"We sincerely apologise to any customers that are booked in, over the next few days which maybe inconvenienced.
"We hope this will be resolved as soon as possible and we can open back up."
