It's written and produced by Richard Curtis, who is behind huge hit films including Four Weddings and a Funeral; Love Actually; Bridget Jones's Diary; Notting Hill, and more.

Talented young voice actor Jack is represented by Baildon-based Articulate Agency, which is said to have a reputation for supporting children and young acting talent.

"I felt privileged to be in the presence of Richard Curtis.

"All the time spent in the sound booth is now relatable, matching it to the animation.

"I can’t wait for it to be on Netflix.”

The film, written and produced by Curtis, stars Brian Cox as Santa along with actors Fiona Shaw, Jodie Whittaker, and Bill Nighy as residents of the town.

Based on Curtis’s series of children’s books, That Christmas brings audiences a heart-warming holiday story filled with humour, charm, and joy.

The festive animated feature will be available for viewers from Wednesday, December 4.

"The Netflix team loved Jack’s authentic northern accent which made him a perfect fit to play Jodie Whittaker’s son Danny.

"It’s such an amazing opportunity for him to show off his voicework, especially alongside such well-known, regarded actors.

"He’s already making waves, with his part playing Nathan in The Full Monty UK tour, where he received great feedback from audiences.”
