STAFF at a curry house hoping to be named the best in Bradford say their dishes "truly stand out from the rest".
The Telegraph & Argus recently launched its Best Curry House 2024 contest.
Readers were asked to share their favourite restaurants, with thousands of nominations coming in.
The nominations were narrowed down to 10 - and we are now aiming to profile each of the finalists.
Today we are highlighting My Peshawar, located on Easby Road, on the outskirts of the city centre.
A spokesperson from My Peshawar said: "This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion we put into creating authentic and delicious curry dishes that truly stand out from the rest.
"What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to bringing the taste of Peshawar to Bradford.
"Our curries are not only authentic but also unique, crafted with care and attention to detail.
"It brings us immense joy to see our customers enjoying and loving our dishes, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support.
"If you have not had the chance to experience our culinary delights yet, we urge you to come and try it out for yourself.
"We are confident that once you taste the flavours of our curries, you will understand why we have been nominated for this prestigious award.
"Thank you for being a part of our journey - and we look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant soon."
My Peshawar's website states: "From rich, hearty karahis to crispy, succulent chapli kebabs, all of our traditional Peshawari dishes are created using recipes preserved and passed down through generations for you to enjoy.
"We combine the freshest ingredients and the region’s most iconic aromatics to deliver a culture-rich culinary experience that will amaze and delight connoisseurs and casual diners alike.
"Alongside our traditional offerings, we also serve some contemporary dishes, each one packed full of flavour yet reassuringly familiar, ensuring that there’s something for everyone, no matter their taste."
Don't miss out on your chance to shout up for your favourite curry house as part of our competition.
It really couldn't be simpler to vote for the business you think should win.
All you need to do is fill out the voting form, which can be found in the T&A.
The voting coupon will run in the newspaper until November 9, so there is plenty of opportunity to make sure the curry house you think is the finest is in with a chance of taking the top spot.
