SUSPECTED thieves "tried to remove the bumper" from a locked car on a Bradford street.
West Yorkshire Police said on its Community Alerts website that there was an attempted theft from a car in Norwood Street yesterday.
A spokesperson for the force said, "two unknown suspects approached a locked car parked on Norwood Street, BD5 and tried to remove the bumper".
They were disturbed before they could get it off and made off in an unknown direction.
The spokesperson for police said: "If you have any concerns for yourself or any of your neighbours please contact us online, 101, or contact your local PCSO."
