An event dedicated to nourishing women's health and empowerment will take place tomorrow (October 29).
'Cycle of Strengths: A Women's Health and Empowerment Forum' has been organised by Closer Health, in partnership with the Bradford-Renduchintala Enterprise Ecosystem at the University of Bradford.
Hosted at the University of Bradford's Bright Building, the event will run from 5pm to 7pm and is set to offer 'a fresh perspective on women's health.'
Keynote speaker Professor Udy Archibong, pro vice-chancellor (equality, diversity and inclusion) at the University of Bradford, will discuss practical steps to balance health and productivity, and advocate for supportive workplace policies.
Panellists set to speak following the keynote include Rose Ramsay, a 5Rhythms movement teacher; Melissa Mukotekwa, a nutritionist and entrepreneur; and Rachel Hartfield, an entrepreneur and marketing consultant.
The Closer Period and Productivity App, which is designed to help women align productivity with their menstrual cycles, will also be officially unveiled at the event.
Spaces can be reserved at bit.ly/cycleofstrength
