POLICE stopped a van in Bradford after recognising the driver.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) were on pro-active patrols in the West Royd area of Shipley on Thursday afternoon when they spotted a white van.
A spokesperson for the NPT said one of the officers "recognised the driver to be a provisional licence holder".
The vehicle was stopped and seized for no insurance.
The spokesperson for the NPT said: "A file will be prepared for court."
