THE fire service has provided details as to why crews scrambled to a building near a major Bradford road yesterday evening.
Half a dozen fire engines could be seen on Rooley Lane just before 6.30pm on Tuesday.
The crews headed to Knowles Street - near the Starbucks and the Esso Filling Station.
The fire service say it was a two-storey building fire.
Five fire appliances and an aerial ladder platform were sent.
Yesterday a passer-by told the Telegraph & Argus: "I can smell smoke.
"It looks like the fire is in a garage."
