A property developer has announced the completion of 24 new homes.
Zentra Group, the residential developer formerly known as One Heritage Group, has completed its One Meadow Victoria Road development in Eccleshill, West Yorkshire.
The development, situated between Bradford and Leeds, consists of two, three, and four-bedroom homes.
The site was previously occupied by the Airedale Group, which has relocated elsewhere within the Bradford district.
Principal contractor Jack Lunn led the construction, with contributions from Acanthus WSM Architects, ABA Consulting, Crookes Walker, and Cushman & Wakefield.
Two homes have already been reserved, according to the developer.
The average prices at the development range from £195,000 for a two-bed to £330,000 for a four-bed.
Jason Upton, CEO of Zentra Group PLC, said: "This is our first new-build housing project and the first to be delivered under our newly launched Zentra Homes brand.
"All kitchens come fully equipped with high-quality appliances such as an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, alongside an oven and a hob."
Manchester-based Zentra Group announced a 'comprehensive restructuring plan,' including a rebrand, last month.
This was partly to reflect its independence from the One Heritage brand in Asia.
