THE funeral date and time for a much-loved Bradford restaurateur has been announced.
News of Akbar's founder Shabir Hussain's sad passing at the age of 56 has saddened many.
Tributes have been flooding in, with Mr Hussain's death described as "a huge loss to his family and the world of business not just in Bradford but across the UK as his brand reached many cities".
Mr Hussain's funeral will take place at 4.45pm tomorrow (Thursday, October 17) at the Jamiyat Tabligh-ul-Islam Bradford Central Mosque.
His burial is to happen at Scholemoor Cemetery (6pm), Muslim bereavement service, Janaza Announcements has confirmed.
