A YELLOW weather warning has been issued for parts of the Bradford district.
The warning, which covers areas such as Bingley and Ilkley, began at 12pm today and is in place until midnight.
The Met Office says "spells of heavy rain on Wednesday afternoon and evening may lead to some travel disruption and flooding in places".
A spokesperson for the weather body told the public what to expect.
They said: "There is a slight chance of power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses.
"There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings.
"Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer.
"Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer, possibly resulting in a few road closures.
"There is a small chance of fast-flowing or deep floodwater."
