A WEST Yorkshire Police officer has been charged with a harassment offence against a female victim.
PC Raza Mahmood, 32, has been charged with an incident of harassment in April this year in Halifax.
He was off duty at the time, a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said.
Mahmood, who works in the Calderdale district, is due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates Court on Friday, October 18.
He is currently suspended from duty.
