A CAR was seized and a man wanted on suspicion of fly-tipping offences was arrested.
The silver Honda was stopped on Bradford Road in the east of the city.
This was due to the driver not having a licence, MOT, and insurance, said police.
The driver was also wanted by Kirklees Magistrates' Court over fly-tipping offences, said the force.
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team made the arrest and the individual was reported for the driving offences.
The team operates across the Bradford district, deploying officers seven days a week in cars and on bikes.
They work as part of Operation Steerside, which was launched in the region in 2016 to tackle crimes on the roads.
