THE funeral of a much-loved Bradford teenager has been held.
Police searching for missing 15-year-old Zakir Muhammad Mughal found his body in Chellow Dene Reservoir just before 6pm on Thursday evening.
Zakir's funeral took place at Bradford's JTI Victor Street Mosque on Saturday, followed by burial at Scholemoor Cemetery.
After Zakir died, the Telegraph & Argus opened a book of condolence in his memory, with many heartfelt tributes being paid.
Police had been searching for Zakir since Tuesday night, when he was first reported missing.
Bradford Council said on Thursday afternoon that Chellow Dene Reservoir was closed to members of the public due to police activity.
The force confirmed shortly after they were searching in the area for Zakir.
After his body was found, a West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time."
