Ring 999 if you spot missing Zakir Mughal, from Bradford

West Yorkshire Police has launched an appeal to find 15-year-old Zakir Muhammad Mughal.

He was reported missing last night but further information has been received since that suggests the last confirmed sighting of him was in the Chellow Dean area at around midnight.

Zakir is described as an Asian male, who is around 5ft tall, of skinny build, with dark brown hair.

Officers have urged Zakir to contact his family or police himself to "confirm that he is safe and well", as well as asking the public for help with their search.

If anyone has seen Zakir, or has any other information that could assist police enquiries to find him, you should contact them on 101, or using the contact options on the West Yorkshire Police website.

Any current sightings should be reported via 999.

"Police are appealing for the public’s help in reporting any sightings of a 15-year-old boy who has been reported missing from home in Bradford.

"Zakir Muhammad Mughal was reported missing last night, and further information has been received since which suggests that the last confirmed sighting of him was in the Chellow Dean area at around midnight.  

"He is described as an Asian male, around 5ft tall, of skinny build, with dark brown hair.

"He was wearing a black tracksuit and a North Face jacket when last seen.

"If anyone has seen Zakir or has any other information which could assist police enquiries to locate him then they are asked to contact police in Bradford via Live Chat online or by calling 101.

"Any current sightings should be reported via 999.

"Similarly, Zakir is urged to make contact with his family or police himself to confirm that he is safe and well."
