Free online courses will aim to help people in the Bradford District to navigate family life, bringing up children, parenting, and relationships.
Set to launch on World Mental Health Day (October 10), the 'In Our Place' library, from Bradford Children and Families Trust and Bradford Council, will consist of 17 courses for different age groups and needs.
The courses, developed by not-for-profit NHS service Solihull Approach with input from clinical psychologists, are delivered in short modules online in a combination of audio, video, and text.
Support will be available at Bradford District’s Family Hubs for people without digital access, including use of equipment to help people complete the programme on site.
The courses are completely free of charge for anyone with a Bradford postcode.
The code BDPARENTS should be used when signing up.
Further details, including how to register and access the courses, are available at https://fyi.bradford.gov.uk/
