Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have won three awards at the Yorkshire and Humber Apprenticeship and Skills Awards 2024.

The Leeds Bradford Airport-based tour operator and leisure airline took home the award for Large Employer of the Year.

Katie Rankin, emerging talent and careers manager, claimed the Skills Champion of the Year award.

And Andrew Loy, general manager of engineering, safety and compliance, was awarded Degree Apprentice of the Year.

Mr Loy said: "I feel extremely proud to have made it this far in the awards and would like to thank my colleagues at Jet2 who have supported me throughout the completion of my degree apprenticeship alongside my job role."

The trio of titles enables Jet2.com and Jet2holidays to progress into the finals of this year's National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays currently have more than 200 apprentices on-programme across 40 different apprenticeship standards.
