A SALON that loves to have a "good giggle" with its clients could be named best in Bradford.

The T&A recently launched its Best Beauty Salon 2024 competition, with readers invited to share their favourite firms.

Nominations were made through our online voting platform and were subsequently whittled down to the final 10.

The brightly-pink LUXE Hair & Beauty, on Bingley Road in Saltaire, is one of those in the running for the award.

"We pride ourselves with our laid back, positive, and chatty atmosphere, and of course the pink salon," Co-owners Gabriella Nash and Rosie Caink said.

"We found too many salons were too uptight and judgmental.

"We love to have a good giggle with our clients and this is why our clients love coming to us.

"We have built strong friendships with our clients, they put a lot of trust in us and we offer a safe space to all of our clients whether they’re booked in or not."

Since opening in April 2022, the salon has grown from strength to strength.

Only six months after that date, LUXE was nominated for Hair & Beauty Salon of the Year in the T&A’s Retail, Leisure & Hospitality Awards.

Rosie is the beauty therapist - offering Biab treatments as well as as brows, lash lifts and waxing.

Gabriella is the hair stylist who "loves giving her clients new confidence through their hair".

The pair added: "We are over the moon we have made it to the top 10 salons along with other fantastic salons.

"It would not be possible to get to this moment without our gorgeous clients who make the salon a thriving environment and an enjoyable work place.

"We’re very lucky to love our job and salon so much we never feel like we’re working."
