POLICE in part of Bradford have pledged to continue to target the anti-social use of off-road motorbikes and e-scooters.
Officers in Clayton are responding to concerns that such vehicles are being used to cause a nuisance in public places and on the roads in the area.
The neighbourhood policing team said work is ongoing in Clayton with partner agencies to address the anti-social behaviour and warned that motorbikes will be seized and those who ride them illegally will be dealt with under Section 59 (anti-social use of vehicles) and relevant road traffic legislation.
An update from the team said: "Officers from NPT and colleagues from Operation Steerside have proactively targeted those using motorbikes illegally or anti socially, seizing motorbikes from the roadside, or from storage locations identified with the help of the community.
"Nuisance motorbikes continue to be an intermittent issue, and we will continue working with the community to locate and seize them if they have been used in this manner."
