EMERGENCY services rushed to a major road in Bradford after a car crashed into railings.
Firefighters from Bradford were called to Rooley Lane shortly before 4pm yesterday amid reports of a vehicle blaze.
However, when they attended, they did not find a fire - but there was steam coming from the engine after a collision.
Pictures shared on social media showed the vehicle had crashed into railings.
Firefighters worked with police to move the vehicle.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at 3.57pm yesterday to Rooley Lane in Bradford to reports of a vehicle on fire.
"One crew from Bradford attended and found that this was not a fire but steam from the engine due to a collision.
"The crew then assisted police to move the vehicle to make the scene safe."
No further details were provided by West Yorkshire Police.
There is no word on any injuries.
