FIRST Bus has confirmed it is "urgently" investigating social media posts "made by a number of staff".
The company, which operates in Bradford, said it takes allegations of racism "extremely seriously".
First Bus has not confirmed exactly how many employees were being investigated.
A spokesperson for First Bus told the Telegraph & Argus today: "First Bus North and West Yorkshire is fully committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment, both within our organisation and in the communities we serve.
"We take any allegations or incidents of racism extremely seriously.
"We have been made aware of social media posts by a number of staff and are urgently investigating these in accordance with our internal procedures.
"Discriminatory language and behaviour has no place in First Bus and we will not tolerate any form of racist content posted or shared on social media, including personal accounts.
"This is an ongoing investigation and we are unable to disclose further details at this time."
The news comes after the T&A revealed last month that three employees at First Bradford were no longer employed by the company following an investigation over social media posts.
And earlier this month, the T&A reported that another First Bradford employee had been suspended pending an investigation amid concerns they shared an anti-Semitic post on Facebook.
