A STORE inside The Broadway is to close, the shopping centre has confirmed.

Game, located in the Petergate Mall, is currently having a closing down sale.

It comes at a time of change for The Broadway.

A closing down sale is taking place at GameA closing down sale is taking place at Game (Image: Newsquest) Primark opened in the former Debenhams unit last week, and lifestyle brand Sapphire and beauty and wellbeing brand Rituals will arrive before the end of the year.

Work is also well underway on the Wingstop which will be located in the old Chilli Flames unit outside the centre. 

When the Telegraph & Argus visited the Game store an 'all stock must go' sign was spotted.

The retailer sells everything gaming from consoles, video games, controllers, gaming headsets and PC accessories. 

A spokesperson for The Broadway said: “We can confirm that Game will be closing and we will be announcing new fashion and beauty retailers in the coming weeks.”
