AN Italian restaurant in the Bradford district has gone up for sale less than a year after it opened.

Nduja, in Bingley Road first hit the streets of Saltaire in December last year, moving into the former home of La Roux.

But it has now been put on the market with Harrogate-based commercial property agent Intelligent.

Sam Longthorn and Jordan Franz - two chefs from Bradford - were the ones behind the eatery and promised an authentic Italian experience.

Both share more than 50 years’ experience in the industry between them and worked at La Roux in the early part of their careers.

It also opens for breakfast and brunches, between 10am and 4pm, before the evening opening times of 5pm until 9pm.

Talking to the Telegraph & Argus at the end of last year, Mr Longthorn, who is originally from Queensbury, said their Italian ingredients were imported from the country and that everything was made fresh, from breads at lunchtime to pizza dough.

The business is up for sale for £120,000 and has an annual turnover of £286,000, according to Intelligent.

The premises have been recently renovated and have a fully-fitted kitchen.
