A LAND Rover was seized in a Bradford McDonald's car park after the driver was suspected to be using his mobile phone.
The silver vehicle was dealt with by West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team.
The driver was allegedly seen on the phone on Rooley Avenue near Odsal.
Once stopped, the individual was found to only be a provisional licence holder and had no insurance.
The driver was reported to court for the alleged offences.
Operation Steerside has been dedicated to tackling dangerous and anti-social driving in Bradford since the initiative was launched in 2016.
It evolved in 2018 into a multi-agency partnership (consisting of representatives from Bradford Council, police, education and the fire service) and has continued to proactively take on illegal use of the road.
