A SUSPECTED stolen off road motorcycle was seized in a joint operation carried out by Bradford police at the weekend.
Police officers from the Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team and Steerside Enforcement Team carried out a joint patrol tackling motorcycle crime in Wyke.
A spokesperson for the Bradford South NPT said: "The fight against motorcycle crime continued on Saturday, September 14, when officers from Bradford South NPT Team 2 were on patrol in the Wyke area alongside the Steerside Enforcement Team.
"Officers encountered the below off road motorcycle and it promptly made off.
"The riders demonstrated their abilities by promptly getting it stuck in a ditch before running away.
"The motorcycle has been seized as suspected stolen.
"If you have any information in relation to persons, addresses or locations relating to stolen or criminal use of motorcycles we encourage you to use the online reporting tools to make us aware."
