A VAN which was stopped for its driver not wearing a seat belt was seized after police discovered another offence.
The van was stopped by police officers on Hollingwood Lane, near Brackenhill Park in Bradford over the weekend.
During the stop, police also discovered that the driver did not have a valid Vehicle Excise Licence.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, last night, the Steerside Enforcement Team said: "This van was initially stopped as the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
"Turned out the van had not had a valid Vehicle Excise Licence since the start of July.
"The vehicle was seized on behalf of the DVLA and the driver was reported for offences."
