Queues have formed outside the new £6 million Primark store in Bradford city centre - as it prepares to open its doors for the first time.
The clothing giant, celebrating its 50th anniversary, has now completed its move from the Kirkgate Centre, where it has stood for 18 years, to The Broadway.
The new store has attracted the interest of Bradford shoppers, who have flocked to the Broadway this morning to be among the first to check out what's on offer at the new Primark. Shortly before 10am, the line of people stretched back to outside The Broadway, with people determined to brave the wet weather.
All 174 employees, including 13 managers, have transferred across to the new 40,000 sq. ft two-floor store which will offer customers’ favourites across fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, and homeware items.
A live DJ is due to play to the big crowd expected for today's grand opening with security and barriers also in place.
