A BRADFORD-BASED fuel storage firm was recently paid a visit by the Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, Ed Anderson, for an official presentation of the King's Award for Enterprise.
Fuel Storage Solutions Limited (FSS) met Mr Anderson, the King's representative in the region, on its premises, where the directors received a commemorative crystal bowl and Grant of Appointment scroll.
Their award, which recognises FSS's excellence in innovating the APIApipe™ 'pipe in a pipe' system, was granted in 2023, when Katharine Barnett, finance director, met the King at an informal reception at Buckingham Palace.
Ms Barnett said: "We’re delighted to have welcomed the Lord-Lieutenant to our offices and to enjoy a second celebration of our win!
"A timely reminder of our success in putting our family-owned and run business on the map."
