I AM a passionate advocate for lifestyle change and, in a significant step towards promoting health and wellness, I have launched a new company, Harrienna Health.
The official unveiling took place during the prestigious Corporate Wellness event at London’s ExCel Centre, where I delivered a keynote speech and masterclass on wellness, captivating an audience eager for change.
My mission is clear: to provide one-to-one as well as group online coaching for individuals who are tired of living in discomfort, managing chronic illness and relying on a multitude of medication.
With alarming rates of lifestyle diseases like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and high cholesterol, I believe it’s time for a proactive approach to health. These diseases are lifestyle-related. By changing our lifestyle, we can potentially change the trajectory of our lives.
Do you ever imagine being pain free? Or feeling vibrant again? So many people just make do and believe this is their life now and forever, when it doesn’t have to be that way.
The inspiration behind Harrienna Health is deeply personal. My journey began with my mother, Sue Olivero, who suffered from Fibromyalgia. After struggling for years with debilitating pain and relying on 15 pills a day, she was left without hope as doctors declared that her condition would require her to be registered as disabled. This heartbreaking situation sparked me to explore alternative wellness methods.
Determined to help my mother, I invited her to stay for two weeks, implementing the principles I’d been studying.
After just three days, my mum started to feel better and was in less pain, it was crazy and almost too good to be true!
By the end of the two weeks, a remarkable transformation had taken place. My mum, who had once been dependent on high doses of painkiller medication, was able to stop taking them completely.
Witnessing Mum’s recovery was incredible. I know for sure that I have gained 20-30 years longer on this planet with her. I’m so grateful I could step in when I did. Today, she is healthier than ever, needless to say, not registered as disabled and is now serving as a case study at her GP’s surgery in Cambridgeshire.
Mum was taken off all of her medication, including the high blood pressure tablets she was told she would have been on for the rest of her life. Five years later, she remains committed to the lifestyle changes I introduced her to and serves as a great ambassador for her company.
Harrienna Health aims to empower others to take charge of their own health fast, offering personalised coaching to help clients achieve their wellness goals just as I did with my own mum and many more since. With a rising number of individuals facing chronic health issues, my approach could be a beacon of hope for many.
I have since studied centenarians and scrutinised how only very few human beings get the privilege of living for over 100 years and die of old age, when the rest of the human race are dying of diseases 20-30 years younger. My empowering motto to everyone is simply “we should all be Centenarians in Training”.

I am launching a one-day retreat in Yorkshire for anyone interested in taking their health into their own hands. Entitled Healthy to Wealthy, the event will feature a four-hour masterclass delivered by me, taking place at the luxurious Grantley Hall. Scheduled for Monday, September 9, the retreat offers an interactive experience with guest speakers covering various aspects of health, wellness and mindset improvement. There will be a special virtual mini taster cacao ceremony led by Dragon’s Den star Liam Browne, founder of Full Power Cacao, showcasing his ceremonial grade superfood cacao sourced from Venezuela that I absolutely adore.
Guests will receive goodie bags and enjoy a healing foods luncheon inspired by my teachings and prepared by the Michelin-standard chefs of Grantley Hall. This will be a day of utter luxury, inspiration, and motivation to help individuals make the changes needed to enhance their health, mindset and ultimately their wealth.
