Enquiries are ongoing following a serious collision in Halifax yesterday (Thursday).
Police attended at the A29 Ovenden Road near to the Dean Clough Industrial Park at just after 4pm yesterday (August 29) after a motorcycle rider came off his bike while travelling on the road.
The male rider suffered very serious injuries.
A road closure was in place at the location last night while investigation and recovery work was carried out.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area.
