POLICE found a man had nitrous oxide in his possession during a vehicle check in a Bradford district town centre.
Officers used their stop search powers in Bingley over the weekend.
Three males and a vehicle was searched.
It led to a 25 year-old man being issued with a community resolution for possessing nitrous oxide, a Class C drug.
A 26-year-old woman was also issued with a community resolution for possession of cannabis when she and her vehicle were searched.
Defined on the West Yorkshire Police website, a community resolution is a "method of restorative justice and is an alternative way of dealing with less serious crimes and incidents, allowing officers to use their professional judgement when dealing with offenders".
