WINDOWS and doors have been boarded up at a Greggs in Bradford following a burglary.

The drive-thru on Rooley Lane, Bradford, was hit by burglars in an incident that took place over the weekend.

Although boards have been placed over windows and doors at the main entrance, Greggs remains open and customers can still access the bakery through a side door or order at the drive-thru.

Police have released a statement following the burglary, which took place in the early hours of last Saturday morning.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "We are investigating a burglary at that location in the early hours of August 17.

"Enquiries are ongoing.

"Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101 quoting crime reference number 13240448180."
