POLICE have issued an update after two men were arrested following a police pursuit that ended in a crash.
West Yorkshire Police said officers saw a Ford Focus on Low Lane, Horsforth, shortly after 5.30pm on Friday.
A pursuit was authorised as the driver reportedly failed to stop for police - and at around 5.45pm, the Ford Focus was involved in a collision with a member of the public's vehicle on Apperley Lane, Rawdon.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "A number of occupants of the other vehicle were checked over by paramedics at the scene for minor injuries."
The spokesperson added: "Two men were arrested, with one taken to hospital where he has received treatment for injuries sustained.
"He has since been released and taken into custody.
"The two men, both aged 27, have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and dangerous driving.
"One of the men has also been arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, driving while disqualified and possession of Class A and B drugs."
In an update on Monday, police said: "Both men were released on bail pending further enquiries."
