A BRADFORD car retailer is celebrating after a popular small SUV, which it stocks, won an international award for design.
Ray Chapman Motors Bradford, on Canal Road, celebrated the Volvo EX30's win in the Most Revolutionary Transport category at the Wallpaper* Smart Space Awards.
Judges hailed the fully electric vehicle as "a fantastic piece of design".
The Wallpaper* Smart Space Awards celebrate objects, accessories, services, and tools that combine beauty, design, innovation, and style.
Duncan Chapman, at Ray Chapman Motors Bradford, said: "Efficient performance and whole-life sustainability were guiding principles for the development of the EX30, helping the model achieve the smallest carbon footprint of any Volvo car yet manufactured."
The award adds to a string of more than ten major plaudits for the Volvo EX30, which has been named Car of the Year by The Sun, Carwow, and Electrifying.com.
