He has been bailed pending further enquiries.
The Shipley NPT spokesperson said officers acted on partnership intelligence the following day and saw a vehicle involved in a suspected drug deal on Leonard Street in the town.
Suspected Class A drugs were found. He was arrested, along with his passenger, on suspicion of drug dealing.
"During a house search further suspected Class A drugs were located," said police.
Both have been bailed pending further enquiries.
