PEOPLE have been urged to keep their doors and windows closed as firefighters tackle a blaze.
The fire, at a scrapyard on Bradford Road in Otley, has sent black plumes of smoke billowing into the air.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service received the call just after 3.30pm.

🚨ADVICE: All residents are being asked to keep their doors and windows closed due to a large plume of smoke in the air.

"This fire is approximately 40x40m in size, with a large plume of smoke," said a spokesperson.
"Crews are using foam and large jets to tackle the blaze.
"All residents in the local area (LS21) are being asked to keep doors and windows closed due to the smoke in the air."
Engines from Rawdon, Shipley, Cookridge, Bingley, and Stanningley fire stations are all in attendance as is a special foam unit team.
Traffic alerts are reporting: "A6038 Bradford Road both ways closed due to building fire at scrapyard from A65 Burley Road to West Busk Lane. Traffic is coping well. Diversion: For bus service 34."
